The monument depicts Angela Erbisti Brenzoni at the moment of farewell to her family. It was the children who chose to pay homage to the mother by representing her during her last greeting. In the bas-relief are carved the deceased lying on her deathbed and supported by her husband, with eyes to the sky, one hand on the head of the kneeling daughter and the other turned to the two children at the foot of the bed. In the upper half of the moon, hope with the anchor is always carved in low relief. The composition is framed by two columns supporting the arch decorated with friezes and a cross on the top.
