Avanzi monument

The monument dedicated to the Avanzi family is located at the foot of the staircase of the Ingenio Claris pantheon. The bronze sculpture represents a slender angel tried by pain with long hair, bony wings and hands clasped to the chest that seems to be caught by the act of genuflection: the figure in fact reaches the sepulcher to protect the dead.
