Zamboni Montanari monument

The monument was commissioned by Aurelia Montanari Cagnoli who chose the theme of the passage of the soul to life beyond death. At the center of an architecture in yellow marble is a bronze bas-relief depicting a female figure wrapped in a shroud with two angels who comfort her: this is the moment of contact between the earthly world and the otherworldly world.
