The monument is dedicated to the Casnici family and is entirely in Carrara marble. At the center of the tombstone there is a sculpture in the round which represents a woman absorbed with a veil covered head and slightly bent that seems about to move slowly: the female figure, which recalls the mourners, is a symbol of sadness for the loss of loved ones.
